The Self Journey – Your 5-Session Personalized Coaching Package:
This program is designed for those who are ready to focus on one key area in their life, for real transformation.
How It Works:
- 5 one-on-one sessions with Coach Tina, 60 minutes each
- Session 1 – Assessment & Clarity: Together we explore your current patterns, challenges, and priorities. We identify which area (track) will be your focus for the remaining 4 sessions.
- Sessions 2-5 – Deep Work: Each session is dedicated to actionable strategies, exercises, and reflections to make real progress in your chosen focus area.
Choose Your Focus Track:
- Self-confidence & Self-esteem – overcome fear of judgment, stop people-pleasing, set healthy boundaries.
- Overthinking & Early Burnout – manage mental fatigue, anxiety loops, stress, and early-stage burnout.
- Self-compassion & Self-love – address self-criticism, shame, guilt, and the inner critic voice.
- Discipline & Goal Achievement – improve consistency, stick to plans, change habits, and adopt a new lifestyle.

- Keep a dedicated notebook – track exercises, insights, and reflections to integrate your growth.
- Join from a laptop or tablet – for the best experience and active participation.
